Into the Fold: Community Program Recap
150 participants, 10 activations, and a look at what the community is creating, learning, and building around Interfold.
A community-built dashboard tracking the FOLD auction. Educational videos breaking down confidential computation. An animated Interfold pet with open source assets. In-depth articles exploring what privacy-preserving coordination makes possible. Even code contributions and security vulnerability reports helping strengthen the protocol itself.
This is exactly the kind of participation we hoped to encourage with Into the Fold: not just following the project, but learning, creating, and finding meaningful ways to contribute to its growing ecosystem.
We launched Into the Fold to make the technology more accessible and open up different paths for participation, whether you're a developer, researcher, creator, or simply curious about what we're building. Across 10 activations, 150 participants explored confidential coordination, completed educational quizzes, shared ideas, created original content, and experimented with the technology.
Building a distributed network also means making room for independent contributors to develop skills, create useful things, and help shape what comes next. The contributions we saw, from explainers and creative experiments to tools others can use and build on, gave us an encouraging glimpse of what that can look like.
Now, it's time to celebrate the people who made it happen.

Creator Standouts
First of all, we’d like to recognize the efforts and creativity of content creators and contributors. Creator submissions were judged on originality, clarity, accuracy, usefulness and overall quality, with particular attention to work that helped others understand or engage with the Interfold.
Our 5 standout contributors are:
🏆 Maks / Drive (@yichuan_drive) built a public dashboard for the FOLD auction that made launch activity considerably easier for the community to follow. A great example of turning protocol activity into genuinely useful public tooling.
🏆 Tim Ho / 90 Seconds to Crypto created both a long-form Interfold explainer and a short-form video. One of the strongest educational contributions to the campaign, making complex concepts accessible across two very different formats.
🏆 pipilu created Interfold Loom, an original animated Interfold pet with reusable source assets. One of the campaign's most distinctive creative contributions - something the wider community can actually use, remix and share.

🏆 Anthony / Antosolus published a substantial article unpacking private inputs, useful computation, E3s and ciphernodes. A particularly strong explanation of the bigger idea behind the Interfold and the new kinds of coordination it enables.
🏆 Malingshu contributed across both communication and development: publishing Interfold explainers on X, making a merged code contribution and even reporting security vulnerabilities before production launch. A great example of community participation going beyond a single format.
Each of these contributors will receive an additional creator prize in recognition of their work. We will get in touch! 💚
There was plenty more great work throughout the campaign, from threads and explainers to technical experiments and builder submissions. In particular, we saw community-built tools such as Interfold Nodewatch, an Interfold Network Map, and the Interfold Board, showing what starts to happen when people move from learning about the network to building around it.
Raffle Winners
To keep things fun and fair, we put a little spin on the raffle - quite literally! 🎡

We gathered the wallet addresses submitted by our 150 campaign participants and entered them into a virtual Wheel of Fortune. Five lucky wallets were randomly selected, with their owners sharing a 20,000 FOLD prize pool.
