FOLD Auction Results

The FOLD auction on Uniswap closed on July 10 after 48 hours. The continuous clearing auction completed the first public distribution of FOLD and marked a major milestone in the Interfold launch sequence.

Across the auction, 216 unique bidder addresses submitted 309 bids. The auction settled 523.94 ETH, exceeding its 400 ETH target by 123.94 ETH, or approximately 31%.

Final results

Distribution and participation

Up to 120M FOLD was available through the auction, representing 10% of the total FOLD supply.

A total of 43.66M FOLD was sold through the auction. This represents:

• 36.39% of the maximum auction allocation
• 3.64% of the total FOLD supply

The auction cleared at its floor price of 0.000012 ETH per FOLD.

Data note: Final settled proceeds are based on the auction contract’s currencyRaised() value. The contract records 523.943296765615 ETH, matching the amount swept from the auction and reconciling with the final clearing price and FOLD distributed. A higher figure previously displayed by a Uniswap indexed aggregate did not match the contract settlement data.

One milestone in the launch sequence

The completion of the auction does not represent the completion of the Interfold launch.

The FOLD auction, TGE, and Network Alpha are distinct milestones. FOLD purchased through the auction remains subject to the 40-day cooldown period, with preparation for TGE continuing as that period progresses.

The focus now returns to the network: E3 activity, continued progress toward the launch of Network Alpha, and the systems and participation pathways required to make confidential coordination operational.
